Furiosa Backstage
Privacy
What this website and the Backstage application hold, and why.
Placeholder, not reviewed by a lawyer. This page describes accurately what the product does today, but it has not been through legal review and it is not a finished privacy notice. It will be replaced before Backstage is sold publicly.
Who we are
Furiosa Backstage is operated by Furiosa. If you want to reach a person about anything on this page, write to [email protected].
What this website collects
This marketing site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. The only outbound request a page makes is to Google Fonts, which serves the two typefaces the site uses and which will see your IP address as part of that request.
What the application holds
When you use Furiosa Backstage itself at app.furiosabackstage.com, it holds:
- Your account details and those of the people you invite: name, email address, role and the account they belong to.
- Details of your events and tours: name, venue, capacity, stage dates, notes and artwork you upload.
- Readings pulled from the systems you connect. Backstage stores the figures and the time each one was read, so that it can show you where a number came from.
Connected systems
Backstage reads from the services you connect to it: Furiosa CRM for sign-ups, Google Analytics 4 for site traffic, Meta Ads for spend and your ticket agent for ticket sales. It reads on your instruction and with credentials you supply. It does not sell or share what it reads, and it does not pass your data between customer accounts.
Support access
Furiosa staff can open a client account read only in order to help with a problem. That access does not allow changes to be made to your data.
How long it is kept
Account and event data is kept for as long as the account is open. Deleting an account removes its data. Readings are kept as a history so that pace can be calculated over time.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the EU you can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will deal with it.
